I understand their point. It is valid. My point is........Why would you imply that you wont refund any money if a package was returned. Your just going to keep my money when they return the package to sender! You need no confirmation, its known I must deal with customs (pay duties) but to imply you will keep my money on a customs return to sender, without even a partial refund.....seems like you are the one who should be accused of a scam. Why are you using pay pal. And I hate pay pal in the first place. TAKE VISA YOU ....., why lower bulk orders but then only accept western union and its fees.

I'm not buying from Central Trade. I think they just get the stuff from Sailebao anyway. They dont make any parts like their claims state.

Normal Paypal can , what I do understand is that you want misuse paypal costumers policies, if you think to refund the money because MAYBE your customs will block the parcel .. then we say no thanks.
It's 100% on YOUR OWN risk.. got it ? agree ? if yes we can do .. but I must have reply with 100% agree from you, in case somethings happend I can Show PAYPAL you are agree .
We do not face with customs problems, but if happend it's you must give and find solution and deal with all the extra ccosts.

I think their point is if the package is confiscated and destroyed. FDA seems to be tightening the reighns with liquid imports. I don't know exactly how it works but maybe they've had liquid confiscated and not returned to them before.

That does make sense, I do see their point even more after that explination. I was very nice in my reply to them and was not rude. I just found the whole situation strange.
