Hello ECF Forum

I've been hiding in silence in the shadow within the forum for quite a while now (Member since 02-06-2013)
I bought some starter kits, been vaping on it on and off, but none has been able to help me quit analog smoking.
3 weeks ago, I've discovered the eleaf Istick 20W equipped with an Aspire mini nautilus.
Wow
This gear has in my taste, the greatest vapor quality.
All of my previously tried juices now taste incredible and the amount of vapor produced is perfect.

To all of you that are looking to stop smoking and haven't discovered yet the adequate setup to succeed, try this one. I'm now 14 days analog free and counting.
Can't wait to be able to add one of those cool signature banner that count the number of days I've been able to achieve.

Welcome to all the new peeps, even those that have been lurking for a while. :D Good job on all the coffin nail quitting, too -- let's stick it to Big Tobacco one quitter at a time!

:D

Yes, yes, YES!!!!!

Blacksun - why you hide so long???

We're a little off-kilter here, but we're good people :D

I love hearing the successes of folks. I never thought I'd quit smoking - I liked it. However, I've had enough "stuff" happen in my life over the past few years that I needed to stop torturing my body and try to quit doing "less than optimal" things to it so I can be around long enough to torment my fellow man :) My parents were both smokers and died in their EARLY 70's. They'd both quit about 5-10 years before their passing, but quality of life was not all that great. I just turned 50 a few months ago, and the track record of possibly only having about 20 more years hit me hard.

I love the gadgets and making my own juices.... I really haven't had a hobby in a long time until this past year. Now, if we can only shout to the ANTZ and "uneducated" in our collective voices...... VAPING WILL SAVE OUR LIVES.....

{oops, sorry for the soapbox}

I'd still like to climb up on my roof and holler it to the neighborhood. :D

I would, but I'm terrified of heights

Heh... I have no problem at all with heights, but I have vertigo. Weird, huh? I can shimmy up a ladder with the best of 'em, but coming down it is a whole 'nuther can of worms. :D Mainly it bothers me if I'm standing someplace high up, like Stone Mountain here near Atlanta, and look UP... I start feeling like I'm spinning around. And fast downward elevators, I have to sit down. :D But our house is one-storey, so even the highest point of the roof is not terribly high. My husband scrambles around up there like a monkey, cleaning the gutters.

Thank You all for the warm welcome
UnclePsyko: couldn't agree more. Although I'm more than satisfied with my current gear setup, I'm sure I will soon feel the urge to upgrade in a near future....

For now, I've been able to quit smoking and start full time vaping, for a 20+ years smoker, I feel it's quite an achievement :)

Oh yeah... You'll upgrade soon enough and re-rediscover your favorite juices all over again. When you realize there are layers to the flavors of juice that you never noticed before, everything changes... and for the better.

Dropping a 20 year habit is an achievement!

What style of juice do you like overall anyhow?
Still looking for tobacco or have you gone with dessert, bakery, fruit?

That's a good question actually.
Simple reason really. I was reading all these great post, explaining in length how vaping was great and that this gear was better than this one. I didn't really got it until I found the gear setup that would do it for me :p

Now I'm a believer, and felt great about my first 2 weeks of being free from the analogs. Just felt that I too needed to shout to the world about it.

Believe me it's not the last time you'll read something from me :D

Again, thank you all for a warm welcome and kind words, really encouraging to see such a great community, willing to help each other, one non smoker at the time
