I don't know, I try to avoid mirrors!

But, eight months in it hasn't done anything to lessen the 'age spots' on my hands. Those bother me, guess that's part of not dying young.

DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS!
i use Retin-A (the strongest rx available) gel topically daily and have for the past 20 years. my dermatologist says that probably the one BIG reason that my face hasnt aged as much as she would have expected with 27 years of smoking cigarettes, and why i have not had any facial basal cell carcinoma/precancerous lesions
Retin-A is one of the BEST ant-aging topicals out there. It accelerates cellular renewal. And it is COVERED by insurance, if it is medically necessary e.g. acne, actinic lesions, precancerous lesions, high risk for skin cancer etc.

My husband has complimented me at least three times on how great my skin looks, and I have definitely noticed that my under-eye circles have all but disappeared. I also use a strong AHA (skin resurfacing agent) every night...have been for a year...but now it seems that I'm really reaping the benefits of my AHA since I quit smoking. It has sloughed off the nasty 'smoking skin' and has revealed nice, new, bright skin underneath. I strongly recommend a good AHA, and I use M2 Skin Refinish (20%), but it's pretty strong. Acne.org also has a great AHA that's super-cheap and works amazingly well for the price.

So cool to read the stories of people having these kind of changes! I just started vaping yesterday (have NO desire for an analog cig!), so this is way cool!

I already do an anti-aging, nutritional cleansing system so I know that has helped me the past 4+ years, but quitting cigs may only speed that process along. Sweet!! :) (I'm 50, been smoking over a pack of cigs a day for over 35 years).
