If you're speaking strictly tanks, I've gotten a few months out of some Mini ViVi Nova tank coils with absolutely no maintenance. If you're speaking in general, I've had cartos that have lasted months with everyday use. OTOH, I've had a handful of coils burn on the first use but, thankfully, those have been few and far between. IMHO, if you use the coil(s) regularly and keep them moist you should get a lot of life out of them. Just my experience. :)

What's the longest time anyone get from a coil, of course with proper cleaning and burning weekly. 2 weeks ? 4 weeks? 2 months?

I am am running almost 4 weeks and can't decide if it's time to replace the coil. 2.2 ohm running at 3.8v or 4v depending on mood.

With routing cleaning I have had EVOD heads last over 3 months.

i dont typically dry burn or wash my coils. I just move them around and break up the black gunk. Mine last around a month to a month and a half at the most. If I'm using cotton. If I'm using silica they can last a month minimum with no cleaning. It also depends on what your willing to deal with. You can go 2 weeks with no problems and then the vapor production starts to slow down. I power through that slow down and it usually picks right back up eventually.. If I had a regular job I'd just buy new heads for my vivis. since I dont, I rebuild, and since I dont have much kanthal, I make due with what I get out of an atty. I find that alcohol baths only restore them so far. Taking them out to burn the gunk with a torch is more trouble than its worth and dry burning can occassionally screw up a coil rather than fix it. SO thats me.
