To be kickable it needs to fit it right like those battery sizes in the priormpostndiameter and therenisna ground wire loop that needs to make contact with the inside wall is all plus still screw shut properly with the added depth. Electronic six has a great explaination on their site with the $45.00 price tag plus really reasonable shipping. It would be an optional thing using AW IMR or take out and use your protected mechanical mod type batteries.

Also, does anyone know of any kind of clear coat that is good for copper? My hands stink like a bag of pennies!

I had to Google it to be sure of the name, but Incralac is an acrylic-based clear coat for copper alloys. There may be others too, but it's out there. You could always get it chromed...
