Another way to get TH is via high PG to VG ratio. Of course if you're already at PG80:VG20 or above, that isn't helpful. The most important thing is not to go back to smoking. If you DO get moments like that, I'd suggest a higher nicotine level in your favorite juice, to be used only for those must light up a cigarette moments. Otherwise, nicotine at reasonable levels will do no harm. Just reduce as you go when you're good and ready.
Im different than most of you here because I started vaping to quit dipping. I never smoked cigarettes accept sometimes when I was out drinking with friends. The first time I vaped someone suggested that I start with 18 mg and wow that was horrible (don't even want to think about what 24mg would be like). The throat hit was way too intense. I couldn't even taste the juice I was vaping I could just feel the nic burning my nose. After that I ordered some 12mg and 6mg. The 12mg gives me plenty of TH maybe just a little too much but the 6mg is to weak to satisfy my nic cravings. So currently I am vaping 12mg the majority of the time and I am happy with it.
Normally I stick between 12 and 18 mg.
Just got a 30ml bottle of wyatt earp in today. I took one vape off it and my face almost exploded. The bottle was 30mg and I didn't even check it prior
I dunno HOW I ordered 30 mg but luckily i had plenty of vg and pg in the house to cut it down to 15 mg, MUCH better and surprisingly it didn't destroy the flavor.

I started with 24mg, dropped to 18mg after a few months and just recently dropped to 12mg.
The 12mg is ok nicotine wise but I think I need to do what Hulamoon is talking about because my current 60/40 it's a little too lite throat hit and taste for me now.

Started @ 36mg for about 3 weeks, got me to quit the stinkines for good,, went to 24mg for a year and a half approx, then to 18 then 16,,, and now settled in at 12mg 3 Yrs later and have been holding right there for now.
Just thought I'd let you know how I order mine. 11mg nic, extra flavor and 50/50 pg/vg. Makes for good vapor, great flavor and I can chain vape it without getting wobbly, but I do need to switch to higher nic after a bit.Thanks Kayte I'll try them out

Started at 24 and have gradually moved down by mixing 2 strengths of the same flavor or alternating 1 vape higher, 1 vape lower. I'm now down to 6mg working in 3 mg. Gradually going down, gets you adjusted more easily with flavor and throat hit. Throat hit depends on the flavor and flavor strength, too.
Just loaded my cartomizers with 6 mg tonight. For the past month it had been between 16 and 12 mg 18 in emergencies I want to rathole some 24 just incase.

I vape 11mg's. I tried 18, it was too much, cut it 50/50 with 0 and yeah at the end of the day I was getting pretty snippy. So at the moment 11 works well for me. I am come to the conclusion that by the time I fine the perfect flavor and combination I will be ready to cut that down even more. lol
That made me lol!! too funny, I can totally see myself doing just that and be like good God are these people trying to kill me or what? lol

I started vaping a month and a half ago after 40+ years of stinkies. Right now, I'm at 24 mg, but feel I can go to 18 pretty soon.
15mg is best for me.If you i go over this then i would have to take a day off and be at my place coz of headache.
I started with 24mg nicotine. I now have a variety of flavors in 12 18 and 24. I tried using 12 exclusively, but after a two hour jag of chain vaping, I was having nicotine withdrawals. I am trying to go with mostly 18mg, but I vary my strength depending on my cravings.
what is a 2 hour jag of vaping bonedark? I've posted this a lot lately but I cant say it enough to hopefully help new vapers... many people mistake nicotine overdose, for nicotine withdrawal. I fell into that trap early on. I began vaping alongside 2mg gum. I was vaping 18 to 24 milligram juices with a 2mg piece of gum when I wasn't vaping, thinking it would HELP ease off the withdrawal. a wise man posted a link to a website discussing how nicotine withdrawal can replicate nicotine overdose. they often feel the exact same way. so, some of you that thought you were withdrawing when using 24mg juices, or 18mg juices, or chain vaping 12 or 18mg juices... you may have actually be overdosing yourself. Now, you think the "withdrawal" is gone, because you've gotten used to the "lower" dose of nicotine, when in reality, your now used to a higher dose of nicotine. Just my
