Looking for a 20-30w box mod with reverse protection and 18650 battery powered, smaller the better. I have been following tube mods not box mods

Most all VV/VW box mods have reverse battery protection.

Evolv DNA 30 chip does not. Even those that do, testing that feature shouldn't be done. Don't trust yourself OP? Haha.
