Im looking to buy something convenient that I can buy prefilled carts for and have a charging pack also would love a USB passthrough.

Im not new to e-cigs but i lapsed back to analog because i was spending too much time mixing fluids and filling carts and making messes and cleaning them up. This is just a starter for now somethign to get me back off the analogs until i can invest more time and energy into an actual intense kit. The simplicity is as much for the boyfriend as myself. If he keeps smoking i will too so i want something convenient for him. I would probably be willing to fill his carts for him but would prefer to just throw a box of prefilled at him on his way out the door.

And last time i was here about a year ago blu was a dirty word so I apologize if i offended anyone. but i have had theirs before so lets leave them out of this. Im looking for other suggestions.

Thanks

I use a Revolver Gemini 510 PCC kit as a backup...revolvercigs.com Its is great!!! Comes with a auto and manual batt, 2 different kinds of attys...well you can read the item description.....the really cool thing is the PCC charges manual and auto batts and you just push the batt into the PCC and it shuts off automatically when charged(long way from BLU).....good luck!

The Kr8 model certainly fills the bill and the one I also recommend based on your specifications. And AltSmoke is indeed one of the very fine suppliers for it. [Their $30 PCC Kit is a good deal. Definitely order at least one extra battery, five-pack of cartomizers (I prefer the empty cartos), and e-liquid ... and that USB PT if you spend a lot of time at the computer or laptop.] While you are on the AltSmoke website, take a look at that two-part Electronic Cigarette Intro. It seems to be well written.;)

The KR8 is sold by many other suppliers and often under different brand names. The following are the U.S. suppliers (and names they use) – in addition to AltSmoke – with which I have dealt:

  • Vapor4Life* (Vapor King) has the greatest selection of cartomizers (flavors and nicotine levels) and batteries (three lengths and many colors), but is one of the priciest (including $7 shipping). [However, if you are “SMILIN” when you place an order, you’ll receive 10% off. Between May 27 and June 1, "Memorial2010" will get you 20% off.]

  • NHaler (KR808D-1) also has a large selection of cartomizers (and adapters) and is a bit less expensive (although the shipping cost also is $7). [When you order from New Jersey-based NHaler, remember that you can “SAVEinNJ” – also 10%.]

  • Other U.S. suppliers (some of which are low cost and/or provide free shipping) include CigEasy* (Easy), Cigtechs (KR808D), GoodProphets (VapoRite), LeCig (D1), LiteCigUSA (KR808D-1), Mist-Stix (Mist-Stix), PureSmoker (Ace), The House of Vapor (KR808D-1), VaporKings (KR808D-1), and VaporNine* (Nebula).
* Vapor4Life's Premium, CigEasy's Gold Label Deluxe, and VaporNine's Turbo cartomizers are a cut above the standard ones. I've only tried the Premiums, but from what I've read, I recommend all three.

Outside the U.S.: Heaven Gifts and Health Cabin (China); Liberty Flights (U.K.) and iVapour elixir (Creator, U.K.).

If the KR808 does not appeal to you there is also the 4081. The cartomizers are a different design from the KR8's...male threads instead of female and a much different wicking system/atty. They are smaller and don't last as long battery wise but if you want the look and feel of an analog this is it. The PCC looks like a cigarette pack.
Aqua Vapor has several very attractive kits that include a PCC and a USB PT. They are not selling cartomizers yet but will be soon.
