well I know your looking for a kit but to me it's better to get things seperatly. The best thing IMO to start with would be a joyetech ego twist 1000mah with a vision vivi nova. You will also need to buy a charger and some juice. To piece it together with what I have recommended you will set you back around $42 without juice.

I started out with the ego-twist kit from a local retailer. Was definitely the right choice for me as it was simple, has great battery life, and introduced me to variable voltage without being complicated. I feel like if I had started with anything less I would have just wasted money because an upgrade to the twist would have been inevitable. just some thoughts! hope you find what works best for you but I would check out the twist for sure!

Any suggestions as to what the best medium size starter kit would be? There seems to be lots of kits out there and I have no idea what the best is. I'm looking for something with a long battery life. I'm not really interested in modifying anything yet as it will be my first kit.

dudeman, you're not giving us much information about what 'best' means to you, what 'medium' means to you and what battery life is long enough for you. You are also in Canada so watch out for shipping costs which can really affect things.

For me, a good starter kit would be two Twist batteries with charger, a couple of CE4 clearos and maybe a couple of cartos. Plus a sample pack of juices.
