@klayton88: I recommend the Eleaf Melo III. It's inexpensive, (~$17), has a 4ml capacity, top fill, and a "hidden" AFC, that's very resistant to leaking. It can use a variety of coils, including Atlantis, Triton, Eleaf EC, and my favorite; vaporesso Ccell 0.9 ohm coils.

If you're into building or plan on trying it out, check out some different RTAs. That way you can build to what you like be it sub ohm or higher.

The crown is my favorite tank, not sure if it has the resistance you're looking for since I only use the .25

TFV4 is also a monster but mine likes to leak sometimes which makes me not bring it out too much.
