I have a cheap one like madvapes sells and it broke :(
The nicer ones I have found are all sold out too :( Like the vapormoon one and the one that GrimmGreen uses the vaporcore one.
The other Pb... will not write the rest of the name has a cool one. But unfortunately did not respond to my request of where to get one like that.
Figured someone here knows where to get a cool looking one it looks like this
multimeter.jpg not set on that one. Just something simmilar. Thanks for any suggestions.

If you're handy your best bet is taking cartomizer parts a 510 connector, glue or solder it together with some wires with plugs so you can attach a digital multimeter to it. It would be a lot more accurate as those battery testers take a couple secs to read and I'm not sure of the accuracy of them. They say they are within 0.05% but I'm not that sure as these things sell for $1 plus shipping on eBay...

Yep there you go..I made one out of a CE2 by just cutting a hole in the tube putting some black tape around the hole so I could touch the point of the meter wire to the pin..soldered a 510 connection to it connected everything and waalaa it works pretty good. I plan on making something more like you linked but with ends I can plug the tips of my wires into.
