Hello all,

Looking for a mod with a very long battery life. I've been interested in the Helix for some time but it has not been in stock, not sure when or if it will be back in stock on eliquidplanet. Any recommendations for an eCig with a very long battery life? I'm looking for a tank that I can take with me on trips and not have to worry about charging it for days. I'm a medium to light vaper in my opinion, I can go about two-three days on my 2600mah batteries without having to recharge them.

Thanks,

In my limited experience...I would say Provari. I have two of them and they are very good quality. I don't know how long the battery would last you, but you can buy extra batteries that you charged from home. I also have a Silver Bullet, and that one has a large battery but you cannot change the voltage. I have a Vmax, and I really don't care much for it. It runs hot and takes two small batteries stacked. I think for traveling, and ego style battery would be my first choice. You can charge them in the car, if you have a USB port. It won't break the bank if you lose one either.

Just about anything with an 18650 battery with last a very long time. Keep a few spare batteries in your pocket and you are good for a long time. VV mods regulate your wattage better but they don't have the run time.

If you are on a budget then possibly look for a bolt. APV - Variable Voltage & Mods - DiscountVapers.com

If you are not on a budget and want a mod that last a lifetime then you are looking at an all mechanical mod like the GG or something similar. I have a megalodon it's all mechanical but does have parts that might need replacing eventually.

If you are on a budget and want variable voltage the Lava tubes clones are considered good. If you can afford it and want VV then go with the Provari.

With any APV you should still have plenty of backup. That includes, APV's, atties/cartos, batteries and juice.

Good luck and happy vaping.

To clarify somewhat I'm looking for something to use while camping. I recently came across the B.A.M. by vaporcast. Anyone know anything about this? I haven't heard anything about this anywhere and can't seem to find any reviews so I'm fairly skeptical. I'm really interested in some of these mods with the 4000 MAH batteries.

I waited in vain to buy a new Helix for months and months. I'm probably never going to get to a big vape meet as they don't have them on the West coast. Those were where people I knew got theirs.

Watch the classies here. I was able to buy 2 and they were in perfect condition. You will pay more than you would if you could buy one from a vendor, but frankly I don't know if any more will ever be available for sale. I also bought one other from a gal on one of the vape channels but it was not in as good a shape as the ones I got from here were. She also wanted more for the Helix than she paid. Sellers know how short in supply these beauties are.

I might add I love them, for a 3.7 mod they hit like a freight train ;)

One word of caution. If you get one take the battery out when it's not in use and the button may get pressed. These buttons do not move or click, they just fire. In my bag I pull the battery out.
