No idea but I've never had to empty a tank to build it.
My buddys have some Smok devices and tanks and I've hated everything but the OG xcube...which is way too big. Too many places making awesome stuff for me to ever buy Smok.

Most of my rta do not need to be drained. I just take them apart upside down and leave the tank sitting upside down with drip tip removed. Only one that gives me fits is the Merlin as the tank upper/lower ends usually come apart instead of the deck base due to there not being enough/any knurling on the tank base outer ring. Any of the ones mentioned in the first few posts should be good choices. I have most of them in my stash but have not tested all of them mentioned yet.
Got my Billow 3 Plus today. Very little machine oil. The build was easy without complications. Except....I ended up with a small o ring in my mouth when I switched to the smaller tip. Have no idea where it came from. Maybe it was in the tip as a loose ring to begin with??? Anyway great tank so far. No leaking. Very big capacity. They give you 2 coils.... Looks like simple kanthal and clocks in at .3 ohms in a dual coil build. Vaping at 45 watts. Good construction and threading.
Also received the Crius Plus today. Had lots of machine oil.... Might need to give it another cleaning but right now it's redundant with the Billow so I haven't done anything with it yet.

I have been rocking my billow v3+ with dual hive coils at 0.12ohm and 60 - 65w for a while now, was last wicked with rayon 26aug. I was planning to switch it over to SS316l for TC mode but I just got 2 packs of these - $7.85 Kanthal A1 Pre-coiled Wire for RBA Atomizer (8 Specs) - 6-pack/spec / ferris wheel design box at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
so I will probably try a set of one of those coils and keep vaping it in VW mode. My Boreas is also due for a wick change so it might get some of those new non-TC wires for a change of pace even though I am sure the dual twisted 26ga ss316l coils I made for it have plenty of life left.
Just sent an email to ecigity. Unfortunately the thing leaks just above the build deck. And apparently I'm not the only one.

That's what I've been reading on reviews about the Billow. Haven't bought anything yet, info is key.
Well the thing got 5 star review average on ecigity. So i did do research. They are sending me new o rings we'll see how it goes. No problem with the Crius Plus which I also received today. Wasn't going to build on it yet since it is so similar to the Billow but did so anyway given the Billow leakage issues.

I get condensation build up in the air holes and on the top of my mod which isn't surprising with the way I huff and puff when vaping (happens with most of my RTA) but I don't get what I would call leaking.
Actually the problem has already been discussed here.

Woops, I was confusing it with my Boreas. Just looked at my Billow and it appears I am having the same issue. 
I discovered the glass needed one more turn. Duh. There are still a few droplets above the juice flow ring after i refill. So it's not a perfect seal. I'll play with the replacement o ring when they send it to me. They are temporarily out of stock now. But this tank I'll have to say is on top of the pyramid now. Vaping all day on it.
