I currently have a spinner and a metal vision nova mini. It may not be the craziest thing out there, but it's pretty much all I could afford to grab. Working on a really tight budget. It's the first thing I ever owned and the only thing I own, so I can't really make comparisons to anything else.

Now, it works fine for me. I get some leaking every now and then but that is about it. There are...so many solutions though that I'm wondering if there is anything better for what I am looking for, which is massive clouds of vapor. I know, I know, get a rebuildable atty and make some quad low sub-ohm coils and blah blah blah. I'm more of looking for something I can get for relatively cheap (under 20) and I can use without any major modifications or building for right now. I was looking at the Protank, but as far as I can tell it's not that much of a step up (if at all, depending on whos talking) from the Nova in the vapor department, and finding atomizers for it right now is a real pain. I've heard great things about doing a carto + tank combo, but I wouldn't know where to start as far as a decent tank for cheap and good cartos, and I have no idea how much vapor I'm looking at with that kind of setup.

I would, eventually, like to move to a nice mod and a atty, but until I win the lottery it will probably have to wait.

The best tank IMO is the Phiniac tank because of the thick Pyrex glass which makes them nearly indestructible and they never leak but they aren't cheap. You get what you pay for. They also have a good carto punch. A lot of people like the IBTanked tanks. They are also pyrex but use thinner glass. Carto tanks is about all I use anymore and I use Boge cartos either from co-ops or Surevapes.com. Surevapes has the best prices outside of co-ops and the best flavor.

Hi Frosty! First of all, don't worry, I will not recommend anything rebuildable or sub-ohm or even a ProVari! ;) You have a great battery--I love and use my Spinners--and the thought of winding my own coils or vaping at 30 watts thrills me about as much as the thought of rewiring my fuse box. I"m busy and I want vaping to be easy and user-friendly. I have enough to do without acquiring another hobby. :D

If you want a lot of vapor, you can start by adding a bit more VG to your eliguid blend--up to 50% actually--might help. You could also try increasing the wattage you're vaping at--more heat helps with vapor production.

Since you have an eGo-class battery, I would recommend getting an eGo-threaded head (your ViVi Nova is 510 threaded and not really designed to be used on eGos, even though it is compatible with Ego's 510 connection). I would suggest that you consider getting a Kanger bottom changeable coil clearomizer--my favorite is the T3 and the baby T3. Some people also like the eVod. Kanger clearomizers with extra coils can be bought for under 10 bucks. The ProTank is three times the price of a T3, is not eGo-threaded (510) and is wider in diameter than you battery--other than that it's the same as T3.

Another clearo I just ordered for myself to try is the VapeOnly bcc mini. I ordered mine from LiteCig--it comes with two extra coils:

If you want to try a carto tank, you can get a small (eGo-diameter) Boge F15 (or F16--slightly larger, but will work great on the 1300 mah Spinner) tank. It comes fully assembled with a laser prepunched Boge LR cartomizer. You can get it for 4 bucks here (it's 2.5ml capacity--the site states 1 ml but they are wrong). They are also selling prepunched cartomizers. I own one and I like it, but it's too fiddly for me so I don't use it all the time.
