Yes there are many.Thats what I did for my first 6 monthes of vaping. Budget and no time. plays a big part. There are only a few that blend there own. now I'm mostly using Max VG to 70% VG

Cheapest way out is to buy unflavored e-juice at your nic level 8oz (236ml) for about $30
NOT the best flavor BUT you get to vape and you can pick up some flavors for next to nothing

Here in NH a pack a day cig habit will cost you about $180 a month
My cost to vape what I want costs me about $60 for the month

Thay have the 240ml option at $35.99 lots of choices on Nic and VG/PG.
They have a big thread here with flavor reviews.

These guys are here in FL, the B&M is near my house so I get my juice there. They have the 120ml bottles for $43.49 but they can do custom flavors and nic, but you have to call them for the custom flavors and nic. They do up to max VG. Sorry it's not at your price but I thought I'd mention it since I haven't seen any who do custom juices. I haven't gotten a custom juice but I've gotten some RY4 with 2x shot of vanilla and they never charged me extra. Good luck finding something good and with no shipping issues!

Nice! and you got a good price. If you go heavy on the PG you'll get a "sweeter" taste. I try to keep a month ahead with my juice ( I HATE to run out) ;o)
