eGo Twist + tank (or whatever) + Charger + Liquid... best way to go. Piece it together and actually get what you want first before wasting a lot of money.

That said, just buy the 2 650s, a box of boge cartos, and a Stardust type. The default ego atomizer with cartridges is a horrible thing to have to deal with. I burned both of mine out asap because it wouldn't "wick."

I saw in the deals and steals thread that electovape.com is having 50% off everything with code elec50 (or 50elec?) - they have several different egos.
They sell drip tips for $8 and a 650 batt (only) for $27...half price doesn't mean much to me there.
I didn't see those the last time I looked. I would say "Wow!" but they're all out of stock. I got pretty excited there for a sec.
