Looking for information on how to do dry burn on 510-T atomizers

I did search the forum and found some information, but still not sure how to do a dry burn on these 510-T atomizers. What I found says you have to remove the part that pierces the cartridge first, and not to remove the wick if it doesn't come out on it's own. I'm hoping someone online today might have more clear instructions, or perhaps a link to an instructional video.

I'm hoping to revive my 3 atomizers and use them a while longer, and hope I won't tear them up in the process.
