Currently vaping with Ego-Passthrough and smok VMAX.
These mods are fulfilling my needs but I'm looking to buy a better, sturdier mod that are maybe better built to sustain drops to the ground. I'm not throwing my mods to the wall but my VMAX is not that resistant to 1-2-3 feet falls.
I use Stardust and Vivi Nova tanks so the next mod will have to allow these connections and I'd prefer not using any adapter.

Any suggestions?

Thank you

You MUST be expecting this, and it's already been said, but I'm gonna say it again... Look no further than:

ProVari Variable Voltage Ecig: Best Variable Voltage E Cig Available!

Stardusts and Vivi Novas will fit all day without an adapter, and you probably won't find a mod that's built better without spending a lot more.

Sure, it's $150+... And yeah, the UI leaves a bit to be desired, but come on man... It's a ProVari! LoL

If you could live with a carto tank setup http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/modder-accessories-supplier-forum/357383-billet-box.html may work for you. I own and work in a garage and tore up more vv box mods than I want to remember, I preordered one as soon as I saw it, it's milled out of a block of aluminum and the only thing external on it is the drip tip.

I saw that Billet Box mod a few weeks ago. Love the design. Was tempted but I'm now a fan of carto-tanks. I prefer investing in a mod that will allow various connection types (attys, cartos, tanks etc).

Yes, not as cool IMO.

A word about Phiniac tanks. If you have the dropsies, you can drop a Phiniac tank from higher than 3 ft on cement and it will not break. They use very thick Pyrex glass. Just thought I'd add that. :)

Why is it not as 'cool'?

Phiniac tanks look very interresting.
What I'm worried about dropping the mod is that it may bend the connector on the mod or the base of the tank and having a crooked unit (at the top).

I just don't like the new lines on the body. It's the same mod just a different look.

The Provari has a recessed connector so it can't break off. Now the carto connector on the tank could break off but cartos are cheap but the tank will survive. :)

I like the lines stuff.
What I'm not sure about is the button and the display not being on the same side, but.. that's a small detail.

I don't know what 'recessed connector' means but I'm trusting you on that :)

I can't wait to 'ditch' my VMAX. It works okay. So-so. Not as great as the Lavatube then Lambo I had before RMA-exchanging those to the VMAX.

The connector is recessed, meaning it is flush with the top cap. Nothing sticking out.
