The biggest problem with your specifications is wanting the cartomizer end to look like the filter of a cigarette (easy to do), but wanting it to have the benefits of a tank system. You're not going to find a tank that looks like the filter end of a cigarette. You either have to use cartomizers, which you said you didn't want, or use something similar to a cartomizer like a CE3, which won't look like a filter unless you buy wraps for them (and doing that would defeat the purpose of it being clear and being able to gauge how much liquid is left).

My recommendation would be to get a white cig-sized battery with a red LED, some CE3's, and some filter-type cartomizer wraps. You could then slice a very thin strip of the sticker away so you can see the level of the liquid, while still making the entire set-up look like a cigarette.

If you're only concerned with the tactile and visual appearance of an e-cigarette matching (for whatever reason), I believe the NJOY King disposable might be the closest thing to your description in your post.

As many have already said here though, you can gain a lot by losing a little of your concern about the appearance of your e-cigarette. In terms of having a refillable tank, the only product I can think of not using a cartomizer in a mini size is the 510-T. Though you likely won't be able to find one of these matching that description in terms of color, texture and feel, it is atleast cigarette-sized.

I am kind of curious why some want the pv to look just like a cigarette even down to that dinky light on the end of them. With all the cigarette haters out there bashing smokers why not get something that looks and performs better.

I like the cig-a-likes because of the physical form factor in usability and carrying convenience.

This may not be a good analogy, but I compare the analog looking PV as the user-friendly solution (think iOS) and everything else as the developer/prosumer friendly ones (Android). There's always a tradeoff, and you can't have both. The analog looking PV (I started with Blu-cig personally) is the easier to start with (throw on cartos, throw away after a single use, bring batteries + PCC etc.), but you'll hit its limits in terms of capabilities fast, AND it'll cost a TON to keep up. Even a simple eGo style battery will have a longer battery life (2-3times longer easy even with 650 mAh battery), myriad of attachments to play with/choose from, customization that's only limited by your imagination, and the price range that varies from cheap (compared to analog lookalikes) to obscene.

Bottom line is, we're doing this to get off the cancer sticks. Get whatever works for you and stick with it :)
