Looking for some advice

First, I apologize for not posting in the proper forum, my post count is still below the threshold necessary to post elsewhere:

My wife offered to purchase an upgrade for me this weekend and I'm considering options. As of now I'm rocking the SMOK ZMax Mini with a Mini Naut tank. The first coil in the tank was amazing, but I've realized it's just not hitting as hard as I'd like it to. I came across a rebuildable Dripping Atomizer at my local shop, but just have no clue what to expect for it.

I'm looking for something that hits fairly, you know, gives you that feeling in your chest/throat when you manage to get that amazing hit. Having a hard time finding that in my current configuration anymore. I'd appreciate any and all recommendations, experiences, and advice. I just want to get back to that satisfied feeling I was getting before my tank or unit went flaccid on me.

Many Thanks,

Dan

A quick update...

I'm a ...... My coil wasn't tightened. Naut. is hitting much better.

Still interested in an upgrade. I like the tank, but the ZMax Mini isn't really doing it for me at this point in time. I find the menu confusing, as the...power output...voltage? is in a strange format. Rather than 3.5 or 4.5 it's 105, 110, 115, etc..

The coils in the heads are the important part, when they go south you will exp much less vapor. I would suggest learning to build your own coils. The next leg up is a kayfun but you must learn to rebuild them. It isn't hard and there are tons of videos on youtube. You might also go with a mod capable of 18650 batteries will give you a bit more power.

The RDA will give you a LOT more vapor. If you use nic you probably will want to use a lower level in the RDA. You will use a lot more juice to produce a lot more vapor.

Then there is the convenience. There is none with the RDA. You will take a few hits and then it will be time to drip again. Can't easily do it in a car. Have to cary your mod and juice separately. A dry hit in a tank tastes bad for the hit but it usually gets better. With the RDA the cotton is burnt and will taste bad until you throw it out and rewick it.

With the tank just turn it over, unscrew the old coil, screw in the new one, and you are good to go. When you start getting into rebuildables you will find that you have to empty the tank before you can get at your build.

Actually, there are some tank systems where the build can be accessed without emptying the tank. Squape and SQr come to mind. There are others I am sure.
