Allergies to vg are very rare and your symptoms are similar to many common allergies related to seasonal weather changes.

@Ben idk this doesnt sound normal im new to vaping too i went straight to 60watts DL and 3mg nic as my first device never felt any of that but then again everyone is different,id say try a diff bottle juice and see ,was the bottle sealed when u got it and it says 0nic
If it not sealed even tho it says 0 their could be a nic shot in there..
To much nic gives those feelings u explained,but yeah my first device i went straight to subohm and felt fine

vaping a higher level of nic and less of it helps
i bought a mlt it felt like i was sucking on a vacuum cleaner haha dl subohm is allot more enjoyle for me
not enjoying many flavours at the moment though ( havent tried many ) .
just got in 9 new flavours to try once they steep ...let the hunt begins haha

When mixing for mtl most need to go higher on flavor %. Just the nature of the beast. If you enjoy dl/rdl I'd recommend trying a single coil rta. Not so much wattage with a looser draw, good middle of the road vape.
im probably just a wirdo haha but no flavour with .5% sweatner is the most enjoyable vape i have had so far . no lingering bad after taste . my taste buds are broken lol
i ordered some one shots . pre made flavours that you top up with base and nic hopfully i find one of them enjoyable but going to buy every single flavour from Flavour Art and try them all separately next. probably a bad idea but im going to anyway
im holding off for the RTA . the cash id spend on that would buy me enough coils to last a year for the devices i already have . if im still vaping in a years time i will revisit RDA's
Yea MTL juices have higher PG AND more flavoring % if you mix at the same levels as subohm mtl will taste muted,and you need to also up the nic yea
Rtas are good nowadays id say on par with rda pretty much without having to drip i just picked up a dead rabbit v3 RTA and the flavor is as good as my Uforce L tank with mesh coils and that tank was flavorbeast already,
The RDA version (dead rabbit v3 RDA) slightly ahead but not by much you only notice difference if you vape them side by side, i love them both but since i got the RTA i only use rdas on mechs now, because its pretty much the same without the hassle of dripping, ok the rda does blow slightly bigger clouds but thats about it anyway huge fan of rtas now,
