I use it at about 3-5%, so the finished product isn't very dark, the finished product is about the same color as Black Jack at 10%. I haven't noticed too much of an impact on the lifespan of my coils. I am really picky about vanilla, and most things with artificial vanilla flavor I simply can't take. Holy Vanilla is more like real vanilla. It's real smooth, not overbearing at all.

Thanks Skunk..... appreciate the info. I sometimes laugh when I look at my vanilla "arsenal".... I don't even bother counting the bottles anymore. I've been searching for the perfect vanilla for a while now. I've added some oddball things to try and get just the right flavor I'm looking for and so far no cigar. I shall continue the search no matter how lonely the road or how dangerous.....:D

I use Flavor Shack's Holy Vanilla in just about everything. Very smooth and creamy.

That's DIY Flavor Shack in LV? Looks like I found it - Now, I gotta have it.

Is there a current discount coupon? First time order discount?

Mention your nane and they will "Comp" it? (Hey, that's the Vegas way...)

Tell 'em "horton sent me" and see what happens...lol On second thought, maybe not. I'm pretty sure there is a coupon for first time purchase and in the last order I rec'd Dawn put in a little "coupon" that gave you a 10 ml bottle of your choice.. think that was 10ml e-liquid though. I thought she had the codes on the front page of the site.

That's the one. I am pretty sure your order will come with coupons. I am not positive though, I have never ordered online. It is nice having their store just down the road. You can try mentioning me, see how far it gets ya lol.

You're welcome.. I hope it helps. I know how hard it can be to find just the right flavor. I use it in the background of recipes mostly, but I like it on its own, and like I said I am very picky when it comes to vanilla. It can get scary sometimes on the road through flavor country...

I've tried a bunch of vanillas and the "vanilla classic" from Flavour Art is good, its like the kind of vanilla you'd cook with. A site called PureVapes sells sample size bottles of it, I think for $1.50 you get a 3ml bottle. If you haven't yet tried that I'd say give that a go :)

If you want creamy, sweet, rich vanilla from FlavourArt, Vienna Cream is the one to use, about 2.5% all by itself. It's like Boston cream pie filling. If you add some nutmeg flavor like TFA's Holiday Spice, it tastes like eggnog. If you want it with more vanilla, an extra 0.5-1% of FA's vanilla will kick that up a notch. They have 3 'cooking' vanillas. Vanilla Classic is like flavor in most American vanilla-flavored sweets. Vanilla Bourbon is a little more robust, deeper flavor and is especially great with bakery flavors. Vanilla Tahiti has a hint of almond in it and goes best with fruits. All 3 are different enough that a vanilla freak should get them all - but only after getting some Vienna Cream first.

Well, it's official..... vanilla flavors now occupy almost 25% of the top shelf space in the fridge. I'm holding my breath to see when my flavors and I will get booted to a separate fridge. If I find out about a vanilla flavor I don't have yet, I'm falling over myself to get to the vendor site to order it.......I no longer tease my wife about shoes..... :D

(Slightly off topic)

Fridge? I have about 125+/- flavoring vials - mostly TFA from WL. Is there a great advantage in keeping them in the fridge? Mine are in cute little plastic racks - in a drawer - so I can find them quickly. Is room temperature bad?

I don't think room temp. is necessarily bad, but I tend to be a little OCD about my flavors and have always kept them in the fridge. Living in the south it seems that things go bad in half the time they do up north. I'm just trying to keep the flavors in good shape for as long as I can.
I wish I had a little rack for my bottles. There are so may different sizes though that I don't know how I'd ever do it. Instead I use saved boxes I cut down for the flavors and try to organize them by type.
My apologies for taking the thread off track in the first place......:D
