Alrighty, I've been doing DIY for a little while now. I only have a few flavors, so I haven't come up with too much. I have recently ran into a problem. My atty isn't working as well as it used to, so I switched back to cartos for the time being, and most of my DIY tastes weak. Most of my mixes were at 8-10%.

Anyway, I wanted to post my flavors that I have, and see what you DIY pros can recommend.

Champagne (Flavor Apprentice)
Chocolate (Flavourart)
Cola (Flavor Apprentice)
Creme de Menthe (Flavor Apprentice)
Ethyl Maltol 10% (Flavor Apprentice)
Hawaiian Tropical Punch (Flavor Apprentice)
Koolada 10% (Flavor Apprentice)
Liquid Amber (Flavourart)
Mtn. Dew (Flavor Apprentice)
Peanut Butter (Flavor Apprentice)
Spearmint (Flavor Apprentice)

Certainly not a DIY pro, however, I think I could give an educated guess, or two.

And I'm sure you picked such flavorings to mix as so:

1.) Champagne or Cola or Hawaiian Punch or Mtn. Dew

+

Koolada

As for %'s, it's same to assume that the top flavors are your dominant flavorings, while the koolada will be the support. Personally, I wouldn't use more than 2 drops/koolada per 10mls of juice.

2.) Spearmint + Mtn. Dew

Mtn. Dew being the dominant flavoring. (Again, low amounts of support flavoring).

3.) FA Chocolate - never had it, however, with most chocolates I've tried, if I add too much, it tastes burnt. But if this isn't the case, and it does actually taste good (please tell me if it does!), it might go well with Peanut Butter. Adjust %'s to your preference.

I don't know what Liquid Amber is, and EM can be used in any said flavorings (though, I try to avoid adding sweetener if at all feasible... just a personal thing). Creme de Menthe is sure to be potent (I would imagine), perhaps that and Spearmint, or even with the chocolate (again, if the chocolate tastes good, and I would definitely use little Menthe!)

Anyways, sorry I don't have any personal experience to share. Hopefully anything in this mound of gibberish will lend an idea towards your end goals. :)

Your tropical punch is pretty good by itself with EM added

Tropical punch @ 13%
EM at 10 drops per 30 ml.

I've been doing the Tropical Punch -- 10% w/ EM @ 2%. Thanks for the suggestions though!

Thanks for the recommendations, I will be sure to try them out.

I haven't played too much with the FA Chocolate. Most I have done is made some very basic PBCup. I went with 8% PB, 8% Choc. I can taste both, but the chocolate feels a bit muted, and the PB overpowers it quite a bit. Will try tweaking a bit.

As for the liquid amber. I couldn't tell you what it is, as I don't have the slightest. I can't even place the smell. It smells horrible. I put a few drops in my (maybe 1-2% in a small batch of 10% hawaiian punch blend, and it ruined the batch.) Tasted absolutely horrible. To me, it tasted like something that one might put in a tobacco liquid as maybe an undertone or something.

Here's the description of Liquid Amber from Flavour Art's website:
Warm and smooth, with a hint of fresh fruit and a delicate sourness in the aftertaste.

Interesting ... But the one review that's in English does describe it as a good tobacco additive:
One of the clever supplementary sources of rich tones like oba oba and vape wizard. I waited eagerly for it to arrive to help me make the ultimate blackcurrant. Sure enough, that touch of citrus sour in incense is perfect to bring a lot of flavors to "light". Many of the tobacco flavors can be pulled more towards tobacco with Tobacco Absolute and Vape Wizard, or more towards dried fruit with liquid amber or oba oba. A great and versatile design.

Lemon Lavender

Lemon - TFA - 6%
Juicy Peach Flavor - TFA - 1%
Lavender - FA - 1~2 drop(s) per 10ml

(Choose your own nicotine strength)
PG - 70%
VG - 30%

Steep for at least three days

Thanks, I'll be sure to add that to my recipe book I am making, but I don't have any of those flavors currently. I was mainly looking for recipes that used just the flavors I had. But thanks again!

Halo has a juice called Shamrock(it is a very good vape) which is,dark chocolate and some kind of mint flavor, probably peppermint.Try chocolate and spearmint,it might even be interesting to try it with creme de menthe.Liquid amber with koolada to give it an icy blast.

This is one of my favs. You might want to adjust percentages.
TFA Mt. Dew 10%
TFA Cola 5%
TFA Champagne 3%

sweeten to taste

Cool will try that next. I really liked the Cola at 10%, and the Mtn. Dew at 13%, so it ought to be interesting trying this little mix. Thanks again for the recommendation!
