I vape three grands which are all stock. I sub ohm and .6 and I haven't had one issue.

I do use noalox on the fire pin and spring.

I know many love doing lower and using dual coils,, I've been there done that. under .6 I found it to be tiring for a all day vape.
also even lowering the nico level a lot,, still the nico affect was over whelming.

dual coils did the same thing and used so much juice
and just made tweaking twice the hassle. plus heating up duals takes longer to fire up, even though its only a second longer it wasn't worth it for the finally result.

My shop makes stone button's for reo's out of marble and granite. He said sub ohms big problem with a reo is melting the button. I don't know if this is completely accurate. So I'm throwing this out there and the knowledgeable people here can agree or call my local b&m lairs. Lol but I sub ohm mine and .5-.7 and no issues. I however give it a minute to cool down if it gets too warm. I'm still weary

prevents oxidization on the firing pin, prevents a non conductive layer of oxidization from forming and keeps the electrons flowing:)
If you file your firing pin (positive side) you will feel an increase in power, dabbing nolax on there keeps it that way for longer.
Rob includes nolax with a new reo, you can also purchase some from him.
For me at .6 on Mundy's Magic wire requires more frequent filing and nolax, and of course my batts don't last very long.
But it does taste great and gives a beast of a hit:)

I am interested in sub ohming....but have a question ....can I do this on my GRAND....with out hurting it... don't wanna melt anything.. Thank you

A lot of us have modded our Grands to run sub-ohm builds, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're not crafty. The kit is due soon. If you are crafty, and you simply can't wait (like me), search the sub for "brass firing pin" and "fuse mod." I run around 0.2Ω with no problems.
