What I hear you saying is that you have a plan (steps 1 to 4) AND that, for now, your cravings are winning, AND you love
vaping AND want to not smoke the stinkies at all AND you are struggling.
You are definitely a woman in charge.
I propose that you add to that list..."I will not smoke even one analog during the next 24 hours no matter what happens in other parts of my life"...just to see what it feels like to be intentionally in charge of this one piece of your life that is bugging you. Pay close attention to what you are thinking, feeling, wanting, getting angry about, or whatever comes up for you.
I see you use the word "thinking" a lot. Perhaps your struggle has something to do with you thinking you want an analog and physically you are no longer there.
Armed with whatever you find out about yourself in those 24 hours, I believe you will discover what "hooks" you about smoking and has you reaching for a stinkie instead of PV. Arming yourself with this inside information will give you the support you need to make conscious choices and not be frustratingly led by some expensive, unhealthy, chemical filled little white wrapper with
tobacco in it.
