Looking for template to do custom printed wrap (Volcano Inferno) or Doctor Who designs?

Posting this in 'new members' as it seems to have the most viewing. Forgive me if there are already posts on this topic or a better place to put this question.

I have seen templates for the Provari & Provari Mini for wraps... but perhaps I'm blind, anyone know of a template for the Volcano Inferno? Specific battery: 900 mAh Pass-through.

Or, any recommendations on a business that can do custom wraps? (at a decent price too) Or already has Doctor Who on the line-up... Specifically the Sonic Screwdriver?
