Huh I just sold an old mod and tank on eBay and had no idea.

Pretty sure it's perfectly OK to sell vaping equipment on Ebay - nicotine is NOT OK, which is why you don't see juice or any tobacco products. I can't believe that Ebay would allow the literally hundreds of thousands of listings for vaping gear if it were against their policy.
