I'm looking for a rta with a single coil, top fill, mouth to lung hit, and great wicking. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Adding to your list Tilemahos v2+ flavor chasing edition. Got mine last night from fasttech. My Ataman v2 has just half a turn remaining thread on tank, so got to be retired. Both Phenomenon lite and Tile v2+ were excellent, so not very upset with Ataman 2 problem.
Love my erlk! The wicking can be a little finicky till you get the hang of it but by far my fav mtl atty!!
where would the the bachelor and serpent rank among the budget friendly ones you named?
Both are great attys. With very large airholes under the coils. So they won't tootle puff as well as the ones I named. I think even closing down the afc will leave you disappointed with the flavor you get. You would need to put some kind of tubing into the airhole to make it smaller to be really happy with them IMO.
