Thanks anyway. I tried Ripe Banana in the past and it did good.
Strictly a tidbit for the "worth exactly what you you paid for it" files (in other words; not much...

) but, I get zero "candy" from TFA-Banana Ripe. I do get (mostly) an over-ripe banana presence. The type I am reticent to eat. Not as "green," or firm enough as the ones I prefer eating. And, not quite to the stage, of being the black-skinned mushy bananas, that end up going into the trash or banana bread.
Please understand, I do not discount or reject other opinions. Mine is
only different.
I think I will go for 5% cookie, 0,5% Chocolate and 1% Ripe Banana
The cookie is a tad on the high side to start... but, if you like strong(er) flavors, is not unreasonable. I
do question the Banana Ripe (BR) & Chocolate ratio though (unless you are looking for a dominant banana, with only a suggestion of chocolate). BR is quite assertive. Chocolate is rather weak, and
can take a significant time to develop (4-6 weeks is not unusual). I...
personally, might be inclined to reverse the percentages (to: 0.5% BR, 1% Chocolate), or... bump the chocolate (to 1%BR, and 2% Chocolate). The chocolate may even need to go higher; if you are looking for a more chocolate-forward secondary note.
I, would start with one of those (along with the cookie), and give it a full 4-6 weeks to fully mature (chocolates tend to take a while to make their full presence known). It is fine to do some test
vaping as it ages, to see if and how, time might affect the mix. I would not, even
begin to consider adjusting/tweaking, until at least a month had past... just to see how the final product is likely to settle out.
But... that is only how
I would approach it. It is not the "only way," or the "right way." It is simply my way. I offer it as just one possibility.
The ultimate goal, is for
you to find a mix, that is pleasing to
your taste buds. And, hopefully, not discourage you in the process.
Keeping
my expectations low, learning from
my failures (as much; or more than my successes), and enjoying
my accomplishments; is what keeps
me from giving up, and enjoying the the adventure of DIY.
