Looking for vape-centric blends rather than just reproductions of things. Think Alice in Vapeland.

Hello!

I'm currently totally infatuated with Alice in Vapeland's mixed blends such as april moon, lucky number 11 and such. Especially the ones that aren't trying to make me think of a particular thing, just taste damn good all on their own.

Does anyone know of any other vendors or juices that do this? Not to cheat on AiV, but I want more than she has to offer ;)

I think he wants complex juices that you have trouble figuring out all the components. Not "Apple" or "Raspberry" or "Tastes like orange Hi-C" juices.

There are quite a few vendors that make complex flavors. Vapetrik is one, MadMurdock is another. They don't taste "like" any one thing, though certain flavors are dominant.

I have to recommend PB Dragon's juices.. OMG! I lucked out and picked up four of his as my first juices, and aside from the cig-a-like flavor, I still use those first four and have added four more to my faves and everyday vapes. I highly, highly recommend them!!

My Faves are Dragon Blood, Dragon Heart, Laughing Buddha (must have glass tanks because of the banana), Hot Maiden, Zenergy, Dragon Mint, Dragon Berry Crunch, Pineberry Fizz.. They are all very interesting in flavor and I haven't been able to really find any juices that are as AWESOME as his. The flavors are all rich, smooth and just delightfully enjoyable and they produce great TH's and incredible vapor!

I just ordered some Alice in Vapeland myself along with some other vendors, I can't make any personal recommendations based on my experience since I 'm a newbie and haven't tried anything much..... but that will change soon!

It looks like they have some things you might be interested in here though Juice
I have seen great reviews on some of these brands, and most appear to be complex and not based on any actual food/drink item.

These are all very loved by many:

VapingWatch The coveted Pluid and other Mad Murdock blends are here, I've never seen a liquid more popular than Pluid.

Yes, "conceptual flavor blends" sounds like a good way to put it. IE something other than "chocolate milkshake" or "strawberry cheesecake". I mean, I love those as well but want some things for all-day vaping.

Sort of like my favorite cocktails, not some fruit juice with a kick, but a blend of flavors that go well in the medium.

That's what I'm into right now as well. Alice is one of my go-to vendors for that, but you already have that experience. Here are the vendors that have intrigued me with some of their innovative flavors. (I've not tried them yet, but plan to!)

1. Ahlusion. Not all are "innovative", but several are. What IS intriguing is that they make their own flavorings.
2. Velvet Cloud Vapor. They have some really unique flavor blends. One that tops my list to try is Night Shift - chocolate glazed donut and coffee with cream together in one juice. Sounds fun!
3. LKA Vapes. This is a small sleeper company that is picking up speed in our local community. She isn't local to us, but one of our members got some of her stuff and has been passing it around to others. Everyone who tries it has raved! She is only on Facebook right now, but she has some REALLY interesting combos. I'm waiting on a shipment from her now. One of the standouts I just HAD to try was Barn Owl - "Orange Cream, Pumpkin, Chai Tea & Patchouli all in one."

Hope this helps!

An interesting one I encountered this week.. Drake's Vapes "O-Face". It's described as a sweet & sour flavor with ginger...... and that's what it is. The description honestly sounded a little gross to me, but I got it in a sample pack so I tried it anyway.

I can't get enough of it, I cant describe it and I've never tasted anything like it in my life. It's somehow kinda sweet, sour and spicy at the same time without being too much of any. It literally makes my mouth water... but it probably isn't for everyone.

AiV is great for "conceptual" type flavors as several seem to be based on literary references or moods.

As already mentioned Mad Murdock has some iconic juices that defy description but of the ones I've tried, they just weren't for me.

I'm currently in love with The Vapor Chef's "Black Pompom." It's black currant, pomegranate and lemon. It doesn't seem to be recreating any specific thing but just flavors that work quite well together. Same with their "Bloody Mango" a mix of blood orange and mango.

I also have to echo those who suggested Vapetrik's juices. I find most of them to be indescribable but wonderful. I even find the tobacco based vapes to be really good and I don't normally like tobacco flavored juices. I prefer Joe Kuhr over Dorky Stud. Khlorine is really good but I think I slightly favor Coo Ca Choo. The only thing I would have negative to say about Vapetrik is that it is notorious for gunking up carto's and coils.

One final one that I like and is original is Next Level Vape's "Grenada." Some call it the tropical version of Pluid. Anise, citrus and a whole lot of yum and this is coming from someone who hates black licorice.

So I got the latest order last friday. Good life is excellent, have really enjoyed everything I've tried from them. Five pawns as well, a real artisan shop. Surprisingly I LOVE Pluid, I was kind of reticent to try the black licorice, bit it's not cloying and not a strong lingerer. I also mixed a little with the Mellow Melange and REALLY REALLY like it, I think this will be my new daily tank! (along with Lucky Number 11). I really need to get some more glass tanks though!

Vapetrik, Vapor Chef, Ahlusion, Velvet Cloud Vapor, LKA Vapes, Next Level Vape
next to check out, thanks!

May I also suggest DarkestDayVapors for 'conceptual-type' flavors? (Love that term, by the way.)

Smaller vendor, only fifteen flavors but obviously a lot of work and effort has gone into each one. Though each flavor is described - and some of the combinations are unusual - the whole is more than the sum of the parts. He is my go-to vendor and has been for several months now.

I own almost every flavor ever made by AiV, I shop at two other main stores for complex juices: Ahlusion and Nicoticket.

Ahlusion has a limited menu, bigger than AiVs, but they have many I am very much infatuated with! I love their fruits, their deserts and their creams. Sweet Surrender is amazing, Coco Berry Dream is fantastic, Fijian Nights is amazing, I have Caramel Black Pear aging or steeping or whatever is vaping PC right now  , Boba Tea unreal and I have others!

Nicoticket has a limited menu and while the flavors may seem simplistic, they are anything but. Betelgeuse is one of my favorite fruit blends, Gravity is amazing, Custard's Last Stand and Creme Brûlée are amazingly mouth watering and so very good, and their H1N1 is the only other tobacco flavor I like aside from 15 Foot Falls (haven't tried PearShip). Admittedly, I have not tried many as I was sure I did not like tobacco vapes, but I got some of this and it is amazing, it changes constantly!

If I can help, let me know, I am often on the AiV thread! And I know what you mean, AiV was my third vendor I tried, Ahlusion my fourth and Nicoticket my fifth. :)
