Hello all, I'm looking for some advice on getting second PV. I started out with a blu, and overall, it does a decent job. At this point I'm getting a little frustrated with not being able to use the PCC because of the issues they have with it, so good battery life is a plus. Something with a PCC would be nice, but not essential. I'm interested in a good lot of vapor, good throat hit and if possible something that won't cost me an arm and a leg. :D I know the vapor produced and the throat hit are partially dependant on the liquid being used of course. I am impressed with how small the blu is, but I do plan to keep it for a more portable PV, so size isn't really a factor. Manual battery would be a plus, but again not essential. I've done a little bit of searching, it's just kind of hard to know what is decent and what is a scam. Any thoughts are appreciated, Thanks.

If ur looking to stick w/penstyle, I agree w/pigspleen...I got alot of people ineterested w/the 510 w/PCC...its a workhorse. Also, my roommate got a J118 and it comes w/a PCC and its supurb as well! Geez, sooo many choices!!!

I still love my Chuck the best tho!!!!
Just grab my Lil Chuck and a bottle of Juice and im set till the next day, although I do charge my battery overnite. The big Chuck will last 2 to 3 days!!!

I guess its all about how much stuff you wanna lug around. Even w/a PCC (which is best choice for reg. ecigs), it was alot of charging and keeping up with. Knowing a battery will last all day is an amazing feeling. Im super confident all I need in a day is my Chuck and some juice!

I suppose any mod will do the trick tho....just seems I get a thicker vapor w/the chuck.

i bought 510 kits and really like them then i decided to buy an 801 but i cant get it to work at all (hardly any vapor, taste, throat hit) my 510 is far superior to my 801. so i couldnt recommend the 801. i just bought a chuck w/510 adapter and still waiting on it but im pretty sure it will be very nice.

I loved my 510 with PCC and Pass Through with Kensington Portable Power Pack..... Then I got my GG Transformer...... Wow, will never go back..... Can vape at 3.7 or 6.0 volts.... Great vapor, throat hit and taste, but it drinks a lot of juice..... Standard at 901, adapts to 510 and 801.....
Am expecting a Silver Bullet any day now..... I expect it to perform same as my GG..... The GG has a nice added touch, is hand made...... Hope I helped.......

I've started dripping today and the difference for me has been imressive in volume and throat hit over using cartridges. My atomizer for the SS Choice is $25, but looking at the average replacement time/cost I think I've gotten excellent mileage out of my first atty. I started using it June 30th and it just died 10 days ago. I'm going to continue using this one and see if my replacement atty lasts as long. If it does, I'll continue to use my SS Choice, if not I'll start looking for a replacement kit. Mind you, my first atty was never cleaned, over used (I would suck the cartidge until the filler that holds the juice was burned) and generally abused in the worst way.

My original batteries are still going strong after 5 or 6 cartridges of vaping a day. I will probably go ahead and buy another battery and atty just for GP. Give the SS Choice a look and compare. Yes, they are uber expensive when compared to the other kits, but if my first experience is any indication, 4 months of abusive vaping is fantastic.

I have more knowlege about the general care and feeding of my e-cig now, so I'll be posting my experiences with the SS Choice. At this point, though, I'll only consider a replacement if the attys start failing more often. Hope my rambling helps a little.

I second that...My favorite new gadget!

I also have a GG Nano (original) that I like a lot too, but you really can't beat the Chuck for price and the paint customization options.

It seems to me that the Little Chuck puts out the most vapor for a 3.6v mod too....not sure how it achieves this, but I'm sure not complaining!

Thanks everyone for the opinions and ideas. I'm still on the fence about what to get, but after looking at the page for the chuck and trying to find some info in the forums, I'm kind of stuck on how that works. I like the idea of the big battery that lasts for a while, I'm just not exactly sure what I would need to go with the chuck if I go that route. Anyone feel like explaining that to me?

I started with some generic e-cig in June, in August I graduated to the Joye 510 which I love, but got a 901 about 3 weeks ago and I'm imppresed with the added flavor. A lot of people complain about the 510 battery life. I used to take it to work and use it all day. 1 battery. Not pacifier mode but through out my 8 hour shift. I still use the same atty and battery with no issues at all. The 901 is now coming to work with me too but I'm having battery issues so my 510 is my back up. 510 doesnt give me the flavor that 901 does. Both give great hit!
Sun has both for sale (new) on the forum classifieds, but you can get a new 510 kit from cignot for $35.

PS I used to smoke a pack a day.
