Oh and even though the E-Power only comes with one unit, if you decide you would like another, you can just build yourself one for super cheap. Hoosier sells the battery tubes for $7.50, and you can get a switch for about $10. Then just use the 2nd battery that comes with the kit and youve got yourself a second unit for cheap. Hoosier also sells the cones, but their not a necessity, and personally I never used it anyway.
If you get an E-Power or kGo, I def recommend trying the Ressurector cartos. They are 1.7ohm and hold about 2ml of juice so they last quite a while. They are designed for 3.7V PVs and work awesome on the E-Power and kGo. They are the only cartos I use on my E-Power, and they produce a ton of vapor. And if you want to refill even less often, the Ressurectors fit perfectly in the Smoktech tanks. I use a Smoktech 3.5ml tank and really like it. Their cheap and they work well. They are dual coil tanks, but I think dual coil cartos suck at lower voltages, so i didnt even use the pre-punched DC carto that comes with the tank. Instead I use the Ressurector cartos and they work a LOT better. They are single coil, but are the same size as a dual coil carto so they fit perfectly in the tank and fit great.
CCV and Hoosier both sell the Smoktech tanks and also sell pre-punched Smoktech 1.7ohm XL cartos (Ressurectors) that have the metal base on them like the DC carto that comes with the tank. I think the 3.5ml tank is perfect for E-Power/kGo sized PVs. Its big enough that I can fill it in the morning and easily go all day, yet is still small enough that I can easily carry my E-Power in my pocket with the tank on it.
The 3.5ml tank really doesnt make the PV much bigger and I dont find it any harder to carry it in my pocket bc the tank is about the same diameter as the battery tube.
CCV also sells the E-Power, and I was going to recommend it in the previous comment, but didnt bc their sold out right now. I did just remeber though, that hes really not sold out, hes just not selling them until he gets the newest switches bc he wont sell them with the white LED switches bc they caused so many problems. I do know that he has a bunch of the leftover older blue LED switches that work well. I bet if you called him and asked he would sell a kit with the older blue LED switch.
CCV is where I bought my E-Power and they do have a really good deal on the kit, but until the new switches come in, which are supposed to this week, hes not selling them. While CCV does sell it for alittle more than some others, you do get about $25 in free stuff, so it ends up being a really good deal, and I normally recommend to people to get it from there.
Oh and I did just realize, like I mentioned before, Smoktek sells the E-Power kit that comes with the newest switch. While they do sell it for $65 which is alittle more than other vendors, their kit actually comes with 2 complete units. So with their kit you get 2 battery tubes, 2 batteries, 2 cones, 2 of the newest switches, 1 charger, (5) 2.0ohm cartos, and a carrying case.
I didnt realize it came with 2 complete units before, and actually thats a pretty good deal for $65. They sell it in black and crome, but right now they only have the crome in stock.
Regardless of what you decide, if you get an E-Power or kGo I think youll be really happy with it.
Goodluck with it and let us know how it goes!
