looking to get first dripper mod

I've been vaping for a while now on my Mvp 2.0. Ready to start dripping. I want to know what is a good very powerful dripper for me to purchase. I honestly want to get one of the most powerful because I've tried a couple buddies drippers and I really like them. But I don't want to go and spend a bunch of money on a decent or good one and right away want a more powerful one. All suggestions are much appreciated even if you tell me that I shouldn't get a powerful one I'm just being honest when I say I'm going to go and get a very powerful one right away anyway. Things that are most important are one that it is very powerful two that it is a good quality so I worry a little less about it exploding. I'm looking to spend in the 200 to 250 range to get started. Thank you for your help.

Well, since you stated you're going to purchase one anyway, may I suggest that you don't go with a mechanical mod ( probably what your buddies use, although that's a bit presumptuous on my part) and consider one of the newer regulated mods that are available. There are new ones coming out every day that range in power up to 150 Watts (I have a Sigelei 150 mod myself) and everywhere in between. All are well within your price range. Couple that mod with a good RDA (dripper) and you'll be good to go. Be aware, however, that there is a LOT to learn before going with this set up. You'll have to buy your own batteries for your mod (some use one, others use two) a battery charger, and extra batteries as backups. You'll also have to learn to build your own coils for your dripper, and that is quite a learning curve as well. You'll need wire of different gauges, a Ohm reader or a decent multimeter, wicking material, nail clippers, tweezers, needle nose pliers, a small screwdriver set, and most importantly, the KNOWLEDGE and the PATIENCE to figure out this amazing hobby.

This forum can provide you a lot of info, but a good Brick & Mortar vape shop just might be your best friend right now. Make a mistake in this, and you could get seriously hurt. Exploding batteries are no joke.

Hope this helps...

I'm going to have to agree with everyone else on this one definitely go to your local vape shop and they should be able to help you out just make sure you buy good batteries please do your research and look into a good charger an intlicharger is a good idea research your mods before you buy this site has a good blog on drippers and battery safety

well, you're looking at getting into rebuilding... I tripped on this on the way over here:

As far as batteries go - there are alot of good suggestions here.
I started dripping on a 15w mod, but I could only really run single coils. After getting a 30w mod I was much happier. Personally I think the dual 18650 mods are too big for my liking... but now you can get 60w regulated devices that run on a single 18650. I would recommend one of those 50-60w mods - like an IPV2 mini v2 or something similar:
iPV Mini 2 - 70W MOD Pioneer4you Greenleaf
Check reviews before you purchase :)
for Attys I'd say buy a bunch of attys from fasttech - try Magma, Veritas, Marquis for flavor and mutation x, doge (both v2, either are like $40 authentic - not on FT though), dark horse, little boy are all good fog machines as I've seen.

If you decide to get a mod that takes 18650s check baditudes blogs:
