Been trying to make a nice cream flavor, but not sure where I should go from here. So far been I've playing with capellas vanilla custard and TPA sweet cream. The goal would be to add various fruit flavors to the base cream mix for different flavors. So far I can't really get the cream to stand out... Any ideas (or recipes) on how to make cream the prominent flavor for this sort of combo? I started out at 5% Sweet Cream and 5% vanilla custard along with some TPA Blackberry (70/30 mix 12 mg/ml) and while it's good, it's not quite the flavor I'm looking for, it seems to mellow out the blackberry more then give a good creamy flavor (vapor has a creamy texture, but I'm more looking for flavor). And before I waste a ton of juice trying to figure this out, I figured i'd see if there were any suggestions on other flavors to try? I was thinking maybe bavarian cream instead of sweet cream or maybe both and no vanilla custard? I also was thinking about maybe trying some ice cream type flavors, but I don't want anything super sweet.

So basically I guess I'm wondering what are some other good cream flavors out there that would almost stand on their own as a flavor and not as a smoother/sweetener? I'm definitely open to buying some new flavorings, as I like where this profile is going, I just can't seem to get it all the way there yet... Also if you have %'s to try that would be awesome as well. Thanks!

I have a few friends that swear by the malted milk and/or fresh cream flavors. I have personally not had them to give you my perspective but I have been trying for a bit to generate the same effect. The closest I can come is a variation of marshmallow. I would love to hear some other opinions on this topic as well. Anyone have some further direction for DIYers like myself and the OP?
