Fist things first. If this is your first venture into Rebuildables then you need to do some homework. IT IS A MUST that you have a working knowledge of Ohms law and know battery safety. If you go sub ohm with a cheap mod and a Ultrafire battery yo are likely to have a bad day. Bad day is my code word for having an incident like venting the battery, blowing up the mod and maybe getting hurt.
Ok I have satisfied my promise to someone. Now to answer your question. Next time provide more info.

You did not say what it will be going on top of. If you have a 22mm ish mod then the Tobh, Stillare they have would be a good choice. But if you have something that will take a 28mm ish size RDA I would get The Tobh 28mm. I have two of them and one of the 22mm ones. The 28's with quad vertical coils are may main vape. I run them at .4-.5 ohms using 7-8 turns of 28ga A1 kanthal. I hope this is going on a mech or one of the newer VW mods that will go below 1 ohm. FYI I never feel the need to go below .4 ohms or more than 30 watts. I am at a stage where I do like kind of a big cloud but not competition size. If your not into clouds then you can go with just dual coils .8 to 1 ohm. Say 15-20 watts.

Do you have any experience with rebuildables? If not, I suggest you visit our RBA forum and read as much as you can before you make a purchase. Also, you can ask questions there and actually have a conversation with other members.

Good luck!

ETA: Your store's prices seem a bit high. You can find a great Kayfun Lite+ V2 Ehpro clone for 30 bucks elsewhere. That's a good RBA--and I recommend 1.3-1.7Ω builds and a good regulated mod to go with it. Safety first. :D There are many instructional YouTube videos that will show you how to build your coils and wick your device properly.
