These question may have been answered somewhere else but after reading different threads for around an hour I figure just make a post.

OK, I was wondering of those of you who have switched (510 to VK) - do you get the vapor out of the VK as you did the 510?
Is it worth doing?
If so - I currently am using manual batts and have never used an auto battery, if I purchase do you recommend a manual or auto?
Should I just by some carto's and an adapter instead?
What batteries can be used in the PCC?

Thanks in advance to any who may reply:D

Make the switch, you wont regret it.

You get the same or better vapor with most of the Vk's cartos. As you know it depends on the juice as to the amount of vapor you get. V4L's premium cartos are really great for taste and for vapor. They also have 100%VG Cartos that also produce excellent vapor.

Yes, I have used 510's also and to say the least it was a pain in the neck. All that fussing and for what?

If you like the manuals then stay with the manuals. Also remember that the TH on the Vk's is going to bittle a little higher as stock vk's have voltage of 3.5V-3.7V. You 510 is 3.0V-3.2V.

You can screw any of Vk's batteries into the PCC and charge them its just that with the XL batts you will not be able to close the case. Having said that I would still go with the XL batts as they last the longest.

You Can buy cartos and a adapter instead but then your still going to be stuck with a suckie battery. Make the switch, go ahead and slap yourself, and then say i should have done this ages ago.

Mak, I don't know how much 510 gear you have, but I had 8 batteries and I was not willing to buy a whle new set u when I spent so much on 510 gear.... so, I bought an adapter and some cartos from Good Prophets... just to see if it was worth pursuing further... it was and I did.... I am still using my 510 batts with the adapter and VK cartos. I haven't looked back at all... I get plenty of TH and VP , but that is very subjective. The premium cartos definately out perform the regs but I started on the regs and was content.... now, I will eventually move to a VK bat. and wonder why I didn't do it sooner... but right now I don't know what I am missing so it's ok. What I do know, is I no longer fuss with attys and drippy leaky juice.... refilling cartos is a breeze... and refille last muuuuuch longer... I'm not dripping every few puffs... I have also sold all of my 510 attys, carts and the craptastic juice I was using..... I'm a happy camper....:D

Kimmy,
Your mentioning the premium and standard carts was another question I was going to ask. I think you answered that - thanks.

jebey29,
Yea it seems you need to carry around a pharmaceutical case around with you using the 510. I do have it down but would like something like the PCC so I do not have to carry around multiple batts and such. Will using the PCC supply enough vaping power, in say, you go to the pub with friends for a few hours with normal to heavy vaping? Would it even last the night? The XL batts would be good at home and work but going out I need something a little less bulky.

gregsgirl71,
Taking the plunge is not really a problem. I do have a lot of 510 stuff. Multiple batteries, attys, carts etc... and also a Cisco laser mode that will supply the 3.7volts needed for the VK. Yea I hate the thought of parting with my 510 stuff as it did take a while to aquire. However, that being said, I then again look a the cost of analogs and how much less vaping is compared to analogs. Cost really is not a factor as much as one could consider wasted money when it comes down to vaping. Seems like everyone I know who vapes has a large box of different flavors and parts. Even if I were to throw them out - still cheaper in the long run and we all know the health advantages but being somewhat frugal it still would bother me to do it.
I think I would be better off just buying a starter kit for now (PCC) and use the 510 as a backup. To bad VK does not carry adapters as I would really like to use that on the Cisco laser mod I have and would prefer to use one supplier. (HINT-HINT V4L)

Ahhh, Since you already have a laser mod then i would go with a adapter and the cartos. No need to get the batteries. But then im sensing you want to go out in public and be a little less noticeable.

The XL and the regular batts are both very good. I am a extremely heavy vaporer and the xls would last me 8/10 hours while rotating 4 batteries. I had 2 xls and 2 regulars going at all times. So i dont think you would have a problem with a night out on the town.

But if money is not tight then i would go with any number of different mods that are both small and sleek but then allow you to use a battery that will last you all day or even a couple of days. They all come with adapters to allow you to use cartomizers.
