I've been using an HH 357 for the last while as I've been in phase of trying out a lot of juices. Honestly, I love it, but it seems to be winding down as I seldom get a real clean hit from it anymore. I'm not blaming the device really as I've literally tested dozens of juices on it and some were used more than a little.

I went through the processes listed on the site for cleaning it and it helps a little, but it just doesn't fire like it used to.

While the HH 357 was a big upgrade from using cartos to test juice flavors, it seems a bit flawed in that it will just eventually go bad/get too gunked up/whatever that I need a new one.

Since I got it, I've become more comfortable building coils (micro and genesis style), so I'm looking for some advice on a dripper I can use similarly but which, with coil and wick replacement, can last more or less forever. I don't want to have to take apart a kayfun to drip on a new flavor and test it out and I don't want to waste cartos or have to clean out clearos every time.

I assume there are a number of devices that suit this perfectly. What suggestions do you have?

Any dripper will do really I just put in a little cotton drip and test the juice then when I want to switch just pull out the cotton, dry burn the coil and rinse just the coil with water. You do this while it's attached to the device. Add a little more cotton and drip the new flavor.

Whatever you do I'd try sending it back in for "minor repair" as they offer that service for like $5.

Personally I use my AGI or Igo L for dripping and testing juices. Easy clean out, swap the cotton wick, dry burn the coils, and on to the next flavor but of course it's more of a commitment than what you're used to with the 357.
