VG will def limit TH. PG will increase it. It could just be the added VG your having a problem w/.

well this is how I mixed it I took the 3ml bottle that came with my order...and filled it 3/4ths of the way with the 18ml tabacco flave. then the rest with the vg (hoping to get more vapor) then 2 drops of the peppermint oil...Very good menthol result, great with my coffee in the morning...lol question would be, would I loose my added vapor output by eliminating the vg?

Well at this point I would try different jucies first. Get some 3 to 5 ml samples in different flavor at a few different strentgs of nic to play aound with. Could also try a few venders. FreedomSmokeUSA , VaporBomb.com are places to start or look in the juice review fourm to see what others like. The two mention here have different PG / VG % avail.

Looks like you cut your liquid down to 18 mg/ml or close enough so to reduce chain vaping would need to up the nic. For example if you love the flavor/vapor from you current concoction you might look for 36 mg/ml cut it like you did before and be at 24 mg/ml.

And yes less vg should mean less vapor. Although you could always find a vendor that mixes your ideal strength with up to 100% vg. Good luck this is something we all have to struggle with from time to time. Just dont forget to write down your recipes so when you find your favorite you can recreate it.

Now. May I ask why do you think the PCC is not good?

The first one I got didn't work right and my replacement didn't either. I found it would show that a battery is charged, when in fact it hasn't been charged. You have to unplug the pcc as soon as it's done charging or it starts losing charge. The same goes with the batteries in the pcc, once it's charged you have to take it out of the pcc. Also the pcc is so cheaply made. It fell off of my desk and onto a rug and it still bent the top. I had to reshape it myself so it would close. Seriously, a little girl could bend it with her hands.

That's why I recommended an eGo. All you need are 2 fresh batts to get you through a day. Unless you use lr attys, but that's a whole different convo.

Geez Bert! That's horrible about your PCC experiences!

I come home, plug my PCC into my laptop USB port, and leave it (with a battery in it) till I need it again. I power on and off my laptop several times a day, hours on end, the PCC charges whenever, doesn't whenever, I never think about it. Then I take it when I leave, it won't get charged for over 2 days, it holds a battery at all times, and I've never had the PCC lose charge. I guess I expected all PCC's to work like ours have.

But.... we have mods that we use mostly, and while we're at home. Maybe there is something there, that we don't expect the PCC's to preform continuously? We need ours to work 2+ days a week, without a charge, then the rest of the time it can charge and sit with a battery in it.

Right now my husband's eying a PCC from MadVape's that holds 2 batteries.

I have a Blu but having trouble with batteries and amount of vapor. Thinking about Joye 510. I have had to return 3 out of 4 batteries, the first 2 quit charging the first week so I ordered 2 new ones and after a week and a half one of those did the same Waiting for replacements and hoping my remaining battery doesn't die.

Have you tried Johnson Creek smoke juice? I got mine today, ordered the day before yesterday, and it's a lot more vapor than the pre-filled carts.

I decided on the Joye 510 then I found out about the 520...Emailed the supplier with my Blu issues and what I was looking for in ecig he recommended 510 or 520 and for battery life the eGO. I'm not crazy about the why the eGo looks so I think I'm going for the 520 kit. Any thoughts or suggestions?
