Loose battery on Kangertech Subox Mini

Hi Guys! I'm really new at the whole e cigarette thing. I currently purchased the Kangertech subox Mini. It fell from the couch and now I noticed that the battery is loose? There's a gap now between my battery and one of the connectors. Any way I can fix it?

Top connector is spring loaded take out the battery and see if it still works. The spring that is.

Depending on how hard it hit the end of the battery might be dented too.

Thanks Super Flex. but ummm, I took the battery out and well the gap is still there. How can i fix the top connector?

It only fell for about a foot. Basically not even a hard fall. and already got this issue.

use your finger and see if the top pin springs up and down.

Maybe work the spring a little. It might be binding?

Hello @Din. If you can try and wiggle the pin to see if you can un-jam it, it sometimes works.
