LorAnn's, Everclear, Michael's VG. What's the basic recipe?

As I'm vaping 0mg, I'm going to DIY my liquid as it's so much cheaper. I bought some LorAnns, I have VG from Michaels, I've got Everclear and distilled water, and I've got little bottles.

I realize I need to flavor to taste, but I don't have a good idea where to start.

40% VG, 40% Everclear, and 20% flavoring?

start with 10 drops being 100% so I can see how I like it?
