As no one sensible has replied, I thought I would step up :D

Personally, I wouldn't be clear coating that mod. Get it wrong and you are stuffed. IMO, signs of use are just part of it. Use it and enjoy it. Just carry it in a pocket of its own and try to reduce the damage as much as possible.

Great mod btw. It is the one I am currently testing as we speak. Will get some pics and thoughts up soon.

Thank you kindly for your reply. You are the first one to comment and I have tried numerous facebook groups including the LOS group at no avail. Personally I quite enjoy the CONSVR mods but I do notice the contacts needs to be cleaned frequently to keep it at peak performance. Also if your not careful it will dent your battery tops. Please let me know your thoughts on the mod.

I would leave it. I have a Legendary Sub Zero copper mod that is cerakoted. It's the Midnight Oil Compmod. Plenty of use and no chipping of the cerakote, even around the areas where it is engraved to the copper.
