So I have been smoke free and vaping fpr six months. I love vaping, and love collecting mods and tanks. My only complaint is after vaping one flavor for a bit they all start to loose the flavor. Vendors I have bought from are hhv, dekang, gingers, vape in the cape, juicy vapor, qnd many others. Tanks I have used are carto, cartotank, kangerpro ( after a week everything tasted like metal), evo, vivas, and a stingray drip tip. Everything except menthols all lost there flavor ( to me). Any sugestions. Ty in advance

Hi, I've only been vaping for about 6 weeks, but I found that if I use the same juice all the time, I don't taste it anymore, so I have started using several different flavors in one day. Also be sure to drink plenty of water, as vaping is dehydrating and this is the advice I was given. I hope you find a solution.

How often do you dry burn your coils??? To make them last, not only rinse the heads every change of liquid, or every couple of days. But also way I make mine last longer is do a soak in vodka or everclear to really clean the wicks, then disassemble down a bit and dry burn the gunk and carbon off the coils after the alcohol soak, and reassemble. This helps immensely.

I'm so lazy, I would never do that. I just throw them and get fresh ones...but that's me.

I carry about 5 tanks with me of very different flavors, Pastry, Tobacco, Fruit, Chocolate, Cookies and switch them out fairly regularly, as well as having water. I find the second one starts losing taste I switch Tanks and when I go back to the 1st one it's almost at full flavor again. Drink lots and switch it up.

If you are using a sweet flavor, mix it up with a tart one, just keep confusing your tastebuds and you will lose the vapors tongue.

Not sure why you are getting the metal taste from the kanger. I love my protanks, but I remove one of the wicks that are on top of the coiled wick. This seems to keep the coil more saturated without the metal taste.

If it's the metal tip that you don't like, but like the concept of the kanger, you might try the Kanger T3 or EVOD or the VapeOnly BCC.

I'm really glad someone asked this question because I've been wanting to do it for a few days now. Vapors tongue? That's really interesting and makes a whole lot of sense. I've been scouring the carto threads trying to figure out if there was some sort of weird recent bad carto anomaly. I have boges and Ikenvapes so it probably isn't both going bad. Must be vapors tongue *laughs* sorry.
My two ADV's are are sweet bakery flavors so I think I'm going to throw a fruit into the mix and sniff some coffee beans. I've got something cherry coming from Ahlusion maybe that'll do it.
