Neophyte, second post of the day.

Began my e-cig venture this past Friday, the 28th of May. Thought it was Friday, it was. Haven't learned the terminology as yet. Is there a glossary of sorts?

Anyway, back to lost and found. Since I began this venture I've been worrying about losing and/or misplacing my e-cig so ordered a spare atomizer. Is that an 'atty' or is an atty the combo?

I also worry about losing the e-cig while traveling about locally and was thinking about a lanyard. Saw an interesting post by Enfield...getting a free pen-holder lanyard. He also offered a brilliant suggestion for e-cig merchants. Check out his post...

I've learned a lot from other posts here, will get the terminology down one of these days.

Yeah it just takes time and a lot of ready. But everyone here is extremely helpful and wont steer your wrong. congrats on the new life style

Welcome to the forum, Alii. Atomizers are shortened to "atty" here. Still getting used to some of the more esoteric terms myself! Have you read the Wonderful World of vaping yet? It could help with the terminology to get you started. It's located in the ECF Library sub-forum.

Welcome to ECF Alii. It dosen't take too long to figure it out but herte is a couple.
Atomizer = Atty
Cartridge = Cart
Cartomizer = Carto
Modified or Built E-Cigarette = Mod

Is the plural of cartomizer "cartos" or "cartoz"? I've seen it spelled both ways by forum veterans, but predominantly the former.

No big deal, just curious as to what is the more "proper" spelling. Thanks!

Cartos is better than cartoz but its really not a big deal either way as long as people understand you lol
