Lost order.

50 days now and still no package. 4 orders from last week from other vendors have already arrived, of course one of them was express mail (hmm, but they charged $25 for shipping too) so that only took 3 days. Kirsten made it perfectly clear the only way I'm getting a refund is if the package is returned. So I lost just over $100 and you lost me as a customer, not to mention all of the referrals I was making. I would have put in at least 2 more orders myself by now, not to mention all the people who want me to order for them.

Oh and by the way mauisun, taxes on juice here are 45 cents per mL, not a dollar per, and under 20mL is untaxed.

of course it is your right to alway order from other suppliers. international shipping can be a tricky business no matter who is shipping. I personally never saw a package lost forever, seen them take months to arrive but as always you never know with various customs companies etc. Unfortunately we can't refund international packages that do not return to us since there is no way to know if it actually arrived at the destination or not.
Very good reason why alot of vendors don't sell overseas.
Your complaint is well noted as you made it clear, thank you and good luck with the other vendors...
