Haven't gotten my order yet, and I'm already concerned.

unfortunately, i did what you would think is the proper place for a phone number and clicked the CONTACT US link... nope. no phone number there! ugh.
Emphatically yes, the contact page should have a phone number. Any business should have one there. In my experience, far too many don't.

between here and there
I made my first order from FSUSA at about 7:30 am on Thursday the 11th, got an email with a tracking number that said it went thru the Arizona post office at 8:53 Saturday night and here it is late Thursday the 18th and I still haven't recieved my package. Starting to worry, hope it's not lost in the mail.
There must be something wrong in Arizona cause I am experiencing the same thing. And the same time period. Hope the truck or whatever carrying our packages didn't have an accident or something like that. I read somewhere that the USPS has a phone number to call for when packages are lost and they can aid in finding them. I will try to find where I read that but I know it is on ecf.

Now you are truly a nice person. Let me PM you my new secret address. I'll be more than happy to take that extra juice off your hands.

You threaten to redirect packages to your house so no juice for you lol I was trying to help the man out since he seriously seemed upset but I take my offer back now lol

I have the same thing happen with every order. It will say Arizona and the date it was scanned then nothing for a few days then next thing I know it's out for delivery in my city so someone is not scanning packages like they need to do.

That's the way it works 757. It shows the package being processed at the Arizona Post Office and then its arrival at your Post Office. That kind of package tracking doesn't show where its at anywhere between the two places. So you won't know anything till it shows up at your P.O.

Just be sure, you are aware that you have to literally pass the prominently displayed toll free number in order to just get to the contact us link right? If you want the phone number, you don't have to leave the home page to get it.

most juice vendors do not have a toll free number, or a phone number at all, just an email address. Pamela and I pay the extra dime to even h ave a phone number where you all can contact us. We don't keep normal hours. she stays up until 2am and I get up at 4am. but we also have meetings, doctor visits etc. We also get alot of calls so you may not get us right away. A simple message with a contact phone number works wonders for a call back.
To those who demand we make changes to our website all we can say is, we have a prominent phone number listed in big letters on the main page. Hard to miss that one :)

I believe that is a valid point. They should add the phone number under the contact us link with a general hour listing of when they answer the phone (I'd go on the conservative side...say 9am-5pm Mon-Fri so that expectations aren't higher than they should be).

/Agree, I think it's a very good idea can't hurt to have the phone number in 2 places.

PS- OK I just looked at the website again I don't often look at the front page more than a split second. I really think a first time customer should take a second to read the home page of any vendor they are trying out. The phone number is pretty prominent. There is even a bit of a space above and below it that makes it really stand out, and it says call anytime.
