I lost one of the two Riva batteries that came with my kit (my house ate it.... it will turn up eventually but I ordered a new one this morning just in case it decides it likes it too much to give it back). I did notice that no matter what I did, I couldn't get the 20% off code. I'm not sure why.. it was so easy on my last order. I saw the "october 20" code and even tried added that (although that wasn't required last time.. all I had to do was hit the "click here for 20% off". Has the discount ended? I also got the NEW Riva.....looks like a good unit and it had great reviews.

PS~ That melon liquid is killer.;)

Both Ty and Leah have made believers out of me with this company. Any/all recent issues I had have been resolved quickly and to my total satisfaction. I've been nothing short of thrilled with their products..... so I'm sending out a BIG thank-you for taking care of my missed 20% discount and their quick responses (especilly considering both had been out for a short holiday break). Thanks guys... you rock!:thumbs:
