Hoppy, your emails were a little confusing to say the least. I don't know why you bought 5 more atomizers, we only issue credit when it is agreed, that is we offer it if the customer wants that, it is better for us to issue credt as we do not need to cover the cost of shipping. That being said, most people just take a straight replacement as they might not have an order planned. Credit suits some people, direct replacement others. We would never make someone TAKE credit for something that has broken and the customer is out of pocket because of it.
The more confusing a problem is, the less likely we are to get the fix right, the whole buying for 5 atomizers and the chain of emails was difficult to follow so sorry if it didn't work out in the best way for you.
