I purchased an ego setup and recently purchased 2 Evod tanks. They worked fine until they got about 1/3 down. Then nothing but juice in my mouth, a bubbling sound and very little vapor. After I clean them and refill, they work fine, until about a third of the juice is gone. I must be doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

Tucson, it's a dry heat
I agree with this - try unscrewing and rescrewing - but not too tight. And DO NOT vape an EVOD dry - bad things happen

EDIT: I have 5 EVODs and tons of heads - never any leaks. ::fingers crossed::

i have an evod for each of my eGos ,the only time ive had anything like that happen the culprit was the head not being threaded all the way in. it was only about 1 turn, but that was enough. i tightened everything up and the problem was solved.

I have the same setup and it happened to me when I started. I think I was drawing too hard. I slowed down my draw so it's steady & even - problem solved, except when I haven't been able to vape for a couple of hours and I'm itching for a vape (like I itched for an analog). Sometimes I'll still draw too hard and get a little juice. It reminds me to slow it down.

I do notice with the evod clearomizers that my vape experieince is much better when full than when they get less than 1/2 full though. I still use the evod's, but also bought some Kanger T3 clearomizers and like them better.

That's funny, my experience is completely the opposite. My EVOD is solid, nice flavor, decent capacity and no leaks even when almost empty. My T3 on the other hand.... GRRR, that thing has wasted more juice than I care to think about - more leaks than the titanic. I've tried new heads, slow draw, fast draw, little juice, full to the brim, tighten it, loosen it, every dang which way... still leaks. I threw it in a bag and to the back of a drawer. I'll mess with it when I get some DIY wick / wire supplies.

That's interesting. Maybe it has something to do with the manufacturing run. I do have one t3 that's slightly off - kind of tilts a little when screwed on to the battery, but doesn't leak.
I haven't had any leaking in either the evod or t3, except for when drawing too hard on the evod.

I drive a truck, and use only T3's and protanks. I find if I keep them upside-down when traveling I have completely solved the problem of juice in the mouth and gurgling.Seems the vibration going down the road saturates the wick and atty. Keeping them upside down, the juice is down by the mouthpiece, wick and atty above and I have had absolutely ZERO problems ever since.
Last week I discovered adding a couple of air intake holes up closer to the tank (thereby ABOVE the threads) with a 3/32" drill bit makes the draw FANTASTIC-also the vapor production. I think the atty will last longer this way too.

This is pretty common with the Evods. They tend to leak when the tank gets low. I have been rebuilding them with a different wick and it seems to help. But mainly I just don't let them get very low before refilling unless I want to change flavors.

This has been my experience too. Once I stopped letting the tank get less than 1/3 full, no more leaks. As a side note, I never have this issue with my protanks...just the evods.
