I have been "smoke free" for a week and I think i'm here to stay.

I just can't seem to figure out how to refill my carts, I tried for the first time today and I seem to distroy them when I attemp to take them apart, any tips?

This method works big time, but what if I want to take the little buggers apart?

I'm not doing to good at dissasembly.

I hear if you put the cap end in boiling water the cap will come right off. I have not tried this myself, but some have said it works. I think I will try that on some of my cartos later. i'll let you know how it works

If they're glued-on end-caps, the boiling works fine. I noted my method somewhere back some time ago - with photos.

You can't non-destructively disassemble further than that though.

For the more historically minded... When I was reading this thread, I started wondering about what constitutes a new or old vaper here at the forum. I've been vaping-only for four months, but I've noticed others with start-dates that go back a year or so. Are there many such folks here? And do we have folks who've been vaping for say 2-3 years? I understand, of course, that some folks may have been vaping for years but slid away from the forum.

Can any of our blessed old-timers here offer some chronological context for V4L and vaping in general? Just curious.

im also a new vaper....im about to hit the one month mark.... i have got 1 friend to supplement their analogs with a PV (still trying to help them do the full switch)....

i've also got a couple that has gone full vaping and they are using VK....hehe

best part is i get asked alot at work about my PV... i have about 5 analog to vaping converts in the works currently...anyhow the best thing was the other day i went outside 2 vape and the "smoking area" occupants was about 50/50 vaping to analogs that time
