I spent my morning (however short) getting ready to get a laptop outta here. The customer came by and we went through programs and things to make sure everything was there and working, because of the viruses and spyware. Everything seems to be there, and everything we tested worked, except for her iPhone Internet Hotspot. She's going by AT&T to get that reinstalled. She's a very nice lady and even gave me a $10 tip.
Don't know if I've said, but we thought she was going to have to purchase another laptop, but I started digging into the problem and found a fix. This saved her at least $400, so she was both happy and grateful.
